Deprecated. use getDisplay() to get the formatted (with header and footer) and concatenated result of the display list.

Returns:

display parts of an Elements Connect custom field (header, footer and main part)

getDisplay

String getDisplay()

Returns:

the rendering result of an Elements Connect field (if no errors were found). This method returns null if the rendering result of the field is empty

getError

String getError()

Returns:

the error message that may occurred during display generation, if any

hasError

boolean hasError()

Returns:

true if an error occurred during display generation, false otherwise
